Konica Minolta Healthcare, in conjunction with the New Jersey Society of PM&R and Ossur Americas, is proud to announce a PM&R ultrasound workshop designed to teach the practitioner musculoskeletal ultrasound for knee region evaluation and injections and the use of knee bracing.

Workshop Overview:

The workshop will consist of lecture and video material from actual injections with an emphasis on the knee

• Videotaped examples of actual injection procedures
• Hands-on small group scanning for diagnostic and simulated injection procedures; knee bracing for knee pain management.

Injections covered but not limited to:

• Knee: intra-articular injection via suprapatellar bursa and retropatellar approaches; quadriceps and patellar tendon PNT/PRP; prepatellar, superficial infrapatellar and deep infrapatellar bursa injections; patellofemoral ligament injection; Hoffa’s fat pad hydrodissection; saphenous nerve hydrodissection adductor tubercle & infrapatellar pesanserine bursa; MCL Pellegrini-Steida lesion; poplitues tendon sheath injection; MCL/LCL PRP; tib-fib joint injection and ganglion cyst aspiration; peroneal nerve hydrodissection at fibular tunnel, crural fascia and “knife edge”; PCL ganglion cyst aspiration; PCL PRP; posterior capsule hydrodissection; Bakers cyst aspiration and fenestration.
