Course Overview
The following training provides instruction on how to install and configure R3 Remote Maintenance software on an Ultra computer using narrated multimedia video instruction.
R3 software provides easy installation and configuration of the customer device for Konica Minolta-whitelisted TeamViewer Host (or TeamViewer QuickSupport) to facilitate remote service.
R3 installation on Ultra is also necessary for the function of Insights – Konica Minolta’s monitoring and analytics solution. For customers who do not wish for remote access, R3 can be installed without the TeamViewer remote access software option.
Course Contents
- What is R3
- How to check if R3 is installed and configured correctly for your customer during the installation of an Ultra PC
- Installation of R3 for the case when R3 is not yet installed on an Ultra PC (normally for an older existing installation)
Course Prerequisite
- Attended an in-person Konica Minolta X-ray System Service Training class
or
- Has completed the online self-paced Ultra AeroDR or iRay Retrofit Installation and Service Training course
