All PC’s and removable USB media must be scanned for viruses prior to using in training class.

• USB to Serial Converter
• Ethernet Card with 10/100/1000 Base-T connection
• The student must have administrator rights and be able to set up new users on their laptops; required in some laser printer classes
• Removable USB media to copy files during class
• Mac OS has not been tested with proprietary KMHA software; acceptable for document viewing

Recommended Software:
• Adobe Acrobat Reader; Adobe Standard is preferred
• Microsoft Office or MS Word/MS PowerPoint/MS Excel (The Microsoft free viewer programs are also acceptable).
• Open Office
