Course Objective:
This custom in-person service training course conducted by Konica Minolta is offered to service agents, field service engineers and biomed engineers that would like to install, service and maintain our newest portable, the mKDR Xpress®.

NOTE: This event is running from Wed – Fri in order to avoid travel on a national holiday Mon, Jan 19 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day).
Prerequisites
Familiarity with Aero Detectors and Ultra software is recommended
Target Audience
Service agents, technical support, field service engineers, bio-med staff
Course Specifications
Course Length: 3 days
Hours: Wed-Thu: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Friday: 8:30AM to 12:00PM
Passing grade: 80%
Supervisors will be notified if minimum score is not achieved
