Senior Manager Learning and Development

Graduating from West Virginia with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education, GP made the transition from the public education sector to the private business sector as an instructor for Agfa Corp. in the Consumer Imaging Division. Initially training end users and service engineers on mini-lab photo processing equipment in the corporate headquarters located in Ridgefield Park, NJ. After 5 years in multiple training roles, GP moved over to the Medical Imaging division as a Product Specialist/Trainer on film processing daylight systems and Computed Radiography systems, holding that role for an additional 5 years. Later on, GP moved over to Konica Minolta located in Wayne, NJ as the lead training instructor for Computed Radiography [CR] and then Digital Radiography [DR]. GP now continues to perform service and sales training on CR and DR systems, as well as managing the corporate wide learning initiative for the organization.
