Course Objective:

This internal KMHA-only Service course will cover the field periodic maintenance procedures for the HS1 and MX1 products.  Review of topics from HS1 service training will be covered including hands on practice for disassembly.  See Course Topics section below for details.

Course Specifications

Course Length: 3 days
Daily Hours:
Tuesday:  9 am – 5 pm
Wednesday:  9 am – 5 pm
Thursday:  9 am – 1 pm
Lunch will be served at 12:00

  • Performing Electrical Safety Check using Fluke ESA620 Electrical Safety Analyzer
  • Mechanical Safety Check
  • Image Check using Ultrasound Test Phantom
  • Self Diagnosis Check
  • Review of Disassembly Procedures including Fan Replacement
  • Review of Backup/Restore Procedures
  • Review of Complete Software Re-installation Procedures
  • Review of Communication Device Setup Procedures including Shared Folder Setup
  • Review of Log Files and Troubleshooting
